THE Lumen Maintenance and Aging Life Test System is designed according to IES-LM-80 and TM-21, it used to test & record the optical and electrical Maintenance for LEDs chip or LED modules.

THE Lumen Maintenance and Aging Life Test System is designed according to IES-LM-80 and TM-21, it used to test & record the optical and electrical Maintenance for LEDs chip or LED modules, the software is based on Arrhenius model and TM-21 to calculate the LED life. The system needs to work with a High and Low Temperature Chamber and DC Power Source.
LED has the feature of long life, but its life will be different with the different working condition and driver current. Generally the life will be around 50K hours. Different from the traditional light source, LED light will decay gradually rather than extinguish instantly.
1) L70 (hour): time to 70% lumen maintenance.
2) L50 (hour): time to 50% lumen maintenance.
Specifications
Record the changing curves of lumen, colorimetric and electrical parameters VS time.
Test and record the light attenuation data within a short time, then software will predict the LED life.

Test system can test 16 DUTs one time. (More DUTs can be special designed according to customer’s requirements).
Test system already included two sets of testing devices in the temperature chamber.
The system supply two solutions for LED Lumen Maintenance and Aging Test:
1. Strictly according to LM-80 to test up to 6000hours to get L50 and L70 test report based on TM-21, test system will be fully automatic and no need human to operate during 6000hours test.
2. Test system supply a fast accelerate the DUT, the software was designed based on the Arrhenius Model to simulate 6000hours testing in a “short time” to get the L50 and L70 test report based on TM-21. This solution save a lot of time for the testing company.High and Low Temperature Chamber.

Specifications
The temperature humidity test chamber is made of SUS304 Steel. The thermal insulation layer is made of polyurethane hard foam ultra-fine glass fiber. The heat-insulated doorframe uses high temperature aging silicone rubber sealing strip.
The temperature controller of the climate chamber includes Korean TEMI display in English/Chinese and German Siemens PLC. It can communicate with PC via RS-232. The temperature accuracy is 0.1℃
The temperature sensor is platinum PT100Ω/MV.
The independent heating system uses nickel-chrome electric heater.
The refrigerating system is fully enclosed air-cooled single-stage compression refrigeration mode, and the compressor is from France TECUMSEH brand which can allow you get after sales support from many other countries.
The circulation system uses temperature resistant and low noise air-conditioned motor and multi-blade centrifugal wind wheel.
The safety protection system includes electric leakage, short circuit, over temperature, motor overheating, compressor pressure, overload, over-current protection.
